Bandwidth Controller Personal Edition enables you to monitor and limit bandwidth usage on your computer or local network. You can create rules for upload and download activities and limit the bandwidth usage to X bytes/sec with the option to further filter the rule by local or remote IP address. Theprogram also includes a real-time traffic monitor with detailed statistics for each ongoing uploador download. Bandwidth Controller Personal Edition is limited to the TCP protocol. |
