Whos On monitors your web site(s) log files in real time. It displays a list of active visitors andthe page they are currently viewing along with browser and referrer information and more. You can also view a list of pages each visitor has viewed. Whos On also watches for search engine spiders andcan send you emailed alerts when any user specified event occurs (e.g more than 200 visitors, exe file requested, server errors etc.). Whos On is not intended as a replacement for Web Analyzer tools since it not provides long-term statistics, but rather an opportunity to view what's happening on your site right now. Additional features include, Ping visitor, Traceroute visitor, WhoIs lookup,view previous visits for any visitor, view top referrers and more. Whos On Pro also includes a Web Access module allowing you to view live visitor information via any web browser or WAP mobile phone.The program can run on any Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP computer that has access to your web servers log files - it does not have to be installed on the actual server that runs the site, but can access the log files remotely via FTP every few seconds/minutes without using any of the servers resources. Works with NCSA Common, IIS, Extended and Microsoft Proxy Server log file formats. Standard version limited to 5 web servers, Pro version up to 25. A very nice, easy to use real-time monitor at a reasonable price. |
