Invocator is a simple invoicing tool that can help you create an invoice with your company logo anditemized listing of goods or services sold. It provides a simple interface that lets you add items and descriptions and will calculate the total for you, including a custom tax rate. The program automatically adds an incrementing number to your invoice using a custom invoice number to start with. Invocator is easy to use but very basic in features, it does not allow editing or preview of the invoice, and if you do not print the invoice for some reason, you will have to start over and reset yourinvoice numbers. It is also unable to store customer data. While certainly not suitable for seriousbusiness use, Invocator can be quite helpful if you just want to create an occasional invoice. |
