Notes2 for Outlook is an add-on for MS Outlook that enables you to add personal notes to any mail item. You can add a note by simply clicking a toolbar button, or from the right-click menu of the message, and view any available notes in the same manner. The note can contain attachments and also be associated with a reminder. To indicate that a message contains a note, you can choose assign one ofOutlook colored flags, or you can filter the view and display all messages that contain a note. Whenyou reply to a message that contains a note, you can choose to include the content of the note in your reply. |
