Adult Photo Blanker combines Internet (adult) content filtering and image auditing to protect your child from improper web content. It automatically works with any browser to block access to known adult sites, and takes the filtering on step further by actually analyzing the images that are shown ona page. It uses an Artificial Intelligence engine to determine whether an image is objectionable (based on presence of skin tones that indicate nudity). If it suspects nudity, the image is blurred, which effectively renders it harmless for young surfers. The password protected administration interface can be accessed from the browser toolbar or tray icon and allows you to exclude sites from beingfiltered, and also add sites that you want to block for whatever reason. Adult Photo Blanker not only works with images that are displayed in a web browser, but can also block any objectionable images that are stored on your computer or send via email. Additional features include IM blocking, excluded folder list (like your family photo album), support for multiple users and more. |
