Software Description: Optitask is task automation software that enables you to create simple or complex arrangements of tasks that can be run automatically on a regular schedule. It is primarily aimed at IT related tasks and includes actions such as database queries an updates, report generation, data import/export, HTTPGET and POST, FTP transfers, SMS messages (requires account with provider), as well as file and folder operations and more. Optitask can be used for a variety of actions such as monitoring of inventory with automatic notification or ordering actions, as well as file backups, generating of PDF reports from SQL queries and many other things. It also offers the option to insert dynamic variables into most fields of the task, and support for advanced conditional statements using VBScript.
