Topaz Moment! allows you to grab individual frames from your video files and enhance them with sharpening, contrast, brightness and saturation levels to achieve photo quality results. It uses a special approach that enables you to capture images that are cleaner and sharper than with simple frame capture methods. If you use a high quality video clip, you will be able to produce near photo-qualityprints from a selected frame or a series of frames. The program is easy to use and can save the capture to JPEG, TIFF, PNG, BMP or TGA format, or copy it to the clipboard.
