Docsvault Professional is a document management software that enables you to store all your important documents in a central repository, organize them into cabinets and folders, track changes via audit trails and version history, burn selected documents to CD/DVD and more. You can import paper documents directly from your scanner and automatically convert the scanned document to PDF, TIFF or otherdigital formats. The program also includes a Safevault that enables you to store sensitive documents like credit card data, bank statements etc. in an encrypted state. Other features include a built-in task manager with reminders and linked documents, integrated document search engine, backup/restore, tabbed interface and automatic file versioning. Docsvault Professional also comes with a PDF printer driver that allows you to convert any document to PDF via the standard print command. |
