Free Internet Eraser helps you protect your Internet privacy by erasing internet history items and tracks of past computer activities. You can delete cookies, cookies, browser history, visited URLs, typed URLs, Temp folders, Recent Documents and more. The cleaning can optionally be performed automatically when Windows is started or shutdown, or even on a custom schedule. The program offers securedeletion methods, using DOD 5220.22-M clearing and sanitizing standards, so that the deleted data cannot be recovered. In addition, it includes a Startup Manager to enable/disable auto-starting programs, as well as options to customize several IE settings. Free Internet Eraser is a Lite version, andhas several additional features disabled. |
