Mail Merge Toolkit allows you to extend the existing mail merging capabilities in Outlook, Word andMS Publisher. You can insert data fields into subject field, add attachments and send emails in GIF, HTML, RTF and text formats. By using messages in GIF (with optional image maps), you can send messages and be sure that your recipient will be able to read it with any email client. It also provides more control over the sending process and and option to terminate a mailing at any time. |
