MailQuickFile is an add-on for Microsoft Outlook 2003 that helps you organize your emails into Outlook folders. The program is intended for users that receive large volumes of mail, and organize it into multiple folders. It scans your mail folders and learns what mail is sorted into which folder, and automatically suggests a folder for new mail in your inbox. The program does not move mail automatically, but offers a new toolbar button that displays the suggested folder for a selected mail item,and allows you to move the message with a single click. If MailQuickFile suggests the wrong folder,just move the message into the correct destination folder, and the program will learn instantly from its mistake. Useful, but rather simplistic, as it offers no configuration, or options to exclude specific folders from the suggestions. |
