EZDetach is an add-on for Microsoft Outlook, that enables you to extract attachments from messages and save them in specified folders, based on various criteria. You can choose to remove the originalattachments, and just leave a link to the extracted file, thereby reducing the size of your PST files, or leave the attachment in place and extract a copy of it. Furthermore, you can define filters based on the file name, and only process specific files or types. Other features include an option toautomatically remove orphaned attachments, reattach files when forwarding a message, zip compressionand automatic extraction via Outlook rules. |
