Set limits for the page count and print priority for every user or group of users. Create Rules for each printer concerning whom, what and where is trying toprint. Use the Print Activity feature to monitor the daily, monthly or yearly number of the printedpages for a printer or a group of printers. You can search already printed documents by keyword from the title of the print jobs. Using the Event viewer feature you can track all the events generatedby your printers.
