About MailEnable Professional, This program provides SMTP and POP3 services for Windows 2000/NT server systems. The package includes an integrated service providing SMTP with support for RFC 821, 974, 1869, 2554, 2821. It binds tospecific or all IP addresses, has relay options, can grant or deny access for IP address ranges, canpick up events so you can run scripts or executables on an e-mail SMTP authentication, and can allow or deny e-mail where the sender domain does not resolve. The POP service provides POP3 access to users' mailboxes. It supports RFC 1939, APOP secure authentication, and can grant or deny access forIP address ranges. The list server service offers moderated and unmoderated lists, and can add headers and footers to messages. The MailEnable administrator allows the administration and configurationof all mail services. |
