About Attachments Processor for Outlook, Attachments Processor allows you to reduce the size of your Outlook PST files by extracting and organizing attachments from your messages or mailboxes on the Microsoft Exchange server. The extracted messages can be automatically organized based on customizable rules that allow you to sort and name them based on the sender, subject or other criteria. You have the option to extract the attachments as a backup and leave the original files in the PST file, or to remove them from the PST and leave ashortcut, pointing to the extracted file. This option allows you to reduce the size of your mail storage, without loosing reference to the attached documents. Additional features include options to manage blocked attachment extensions, extension filtering, automatic processing and more. |
