You can create articles in a familiar Word-like interface and add them to the categories of your choice, add keywords, password protect them and more. The program can also export any document to PDF format, HTML file or rich text format. Overall, we found General Knowledge Base difficult to use, and also rathertime consuming since every article needs to entered and referenced manually. |
