About Purchase Order, This allows you to build a database of all the items you normally buy for your business. You can include a description, units of measure, unit costs and vendor information. Simply double-click any item to add it to your purchase order. Miscellaneous information like payment terms, authorization names, FOB points and job numbers can also be saved for later use. Saved purchase orders can always be recalled later, and saved information can be sorted by PO number, job number, date, vendor, destination, ship date or amount. |
