About Catch the Sperm, When I first got the submission form for Catch The Sperm, I was sure that someone was playing a jokeon me. They weren't. This game was written for the Stop AIDS campaign in Switzerland. The object ofthe game is to use your condomgun (yes, you read that right) to capture realistically rendered genetic swimmers. Along the way, you'll have to capture any viruses that pass your way. Afterwards, youcan upload your high score to the Internet to compare your ranking. Words simply cannot describe this game. While this game is hysterical (my desk was a source of attention for a good ten minutes), the message behind it is simple. The Swiss are nutty. Just kidding. The message, of course, is that you can't be too careful. Protect thy neighbor as thyself, as the game says. This is one of the most bizarre games I have ever played, and I am happy to post it for the Swiss Federal Offices of Public Health. Now before someone gets their panties in a bunch over this game (and you just know that someone will), you should know that this game is harmless and except for a short sound clip at thebeginning, there is nothing here that any reasonable person would find offensive. Well, maybe the condomgun is up for debate. :) Charon |
