About VCW VicMan's Photo Editor, This image editor allows you to turn your snapshots into works of art, as well as draw your own images using its built-in image enhancement functions. Select a pencil, brush or eraser, and set its size, shape and transparency. Other features allow you to select colors with an eyedropper, paint colors in a gradient, and add plain or anti-aliased text to any picture. The program supports 20 image formats. The distortion tools offer variations of twirls, waves, rotations, mirrors and ovals, and even a fish eye effect. Use the tri-linear filters to blur your image, create 3D extensions and sharpenthe image. Supports Adobe Photoshop-compatible filters and includes preinstalled plug-ins.
