About ProFTP, This FTP client transfers files using the ARPANET standard FTP. It can transfer files in ASCII or binary formats. You can be connected to only one remote computer at a time during an FTP session but you can run multiple FTP sessions at once in separate windows with each session connected to a different host. FTP connections can be achieved through an existing SSH connection. In passive mode, dynamic forwarding may be used. In non-passive mode, the normal forwarding feature may be used. |
