EverDesk integrates email and file management within a single user-friendly interface. You can create, store, and manage emails, attachments, and other non-email documents from the same interface, allowing you to work more efficient while retaining all email functionality and information within theEverDesk interface. The program also introduces an Activity Based Interface to send and file e-mails, documents, web pages and other files related to a particular activity from within a selected activity folder. Additional features include search functionality, basic email blocking, PGP support andimport of existing email from popular email clients. Also included comes an email account yourname@everdesk.com. |
